Welcome to Campsite Watch. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Campsite Watch monitors publicly-available campsite reservation information (from ReserveCalifornia / UseDirect) on your behalf and notifies you when sites matching your criteria become bookable. Campsite Watch does not make reservations for you — you book directly on the reservation provider's website.
The service is provided "as is". Campsite data comes from third-party sources which may be incomplete, delayed, or briefly unavailable. We do not guarantee that:
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
You can delete your account at any time (Account → Danger Zone). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
Free tier is always available. If we add paid tiers in the future, subscription terms will be presented at purchase. Apple App Store and Google Play store their own payment terms apply for purchases made through those platforms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Campsite Watch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost bookings, disappointed plans, or reliance on notifications. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months (which is $0 for the free tier).
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email 14 days before taking effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
